Lock in bug

I have had a bug 2 times today that I can't lock in a character. I has cost me 20 lp Get this fixed bcs it's so annoying. I also got a leaver buster of 5 minutes and 30 minutes bcs of it.

I also have had this bug with both lock-in and bannning phase. Both today and yesterday.
