[CRASH] in ranked champ select

I queued up for a game with my friend in ranked duo queue. He was allowed into the champ select, but I was not. Yet according to him, I was still in the champion select whereas my computer showed that the game hadn't even begun yet. My friends list did show, however, that he was in champion select while I was still stranded in the menu. I worded that very poorly, but look at the screenshot showing me stuck in the menus and him in champ select (look at friends list --> smittycent7 (https://support.leagueoflegends.com/attachments/token/WsgCwAoWTW2UoeckWQEZcKw4Q/?name=part+2.JPG). I still heard the ding when it was my turn to select a champion, but alas I couldn't do anything. I also did have access to all of the menus/the store as if I wasn't even in a game at all.
