The bug is still there. Riot pls try to fix this bug as soon as possible. Playing Taric with this bug is really uncomfortable.
That. And Ezreal being in the Armor of the Fifth Ages skin splash.
I get this issue to. Seems like Tarics coding is a little off at the moment. Hopefully its fixed next patch or something.
