I played a game with rengar but didnt eaen a chest and it shows i can earn one but it neded to give me one right now pls fix this..

have you earned a chest on Rengar before while playing this season?

If so that is why

each champion can only earn one chest per season (unless they changed that)

You already got a chest on Rengar or
You've already gotten a chest recently. you can't get a chest for every S you earn

You look at your profile and check for available chests or check for a golden border on the champion you played.

Have you gotten a chest on him already this season? Since it is only one chest per champion per season. Have you been punished recently? This prevents loot from being gained if yes.
