[CLIENT] Unable to receive countdown timer in Dynamic queue

The video was mistitled by complete accident, but I recently had to leave a lobby due to being paired with a toxic player from the previous game and ended up having issues re-joining Dynamic Queue.

There was no timer that popped up and it kept sending me back to the home portion of the client.

I'm not certain I can reproduce the bug because I generally don't leave games, nor do I want to.
