Skin and champ dissapeared from collection and can be bought again

So i had Super Galaxy Shyvana and Zed, now they are both gone, the Shyvana skin dissapeared first and now i noticed Zed was gone too. Would like some help regarding this issue. I appreciate any answers you may have.

Were they gifted? If they were gifted and then the person who gifted them chargedback on their card, Riot removes the gifted content.
