League of Legends Patcher Bug [CLIENT] [PATCHER]

So this is what happens every time a new patch arrives and I have to update my patcher/launcher. Keep in mind that I re-installed League of Legends a week and a half ago since I've gotten a new hard drive. So according to that information everything should be fine and I shouldn't be having any issues file/path finding, that's what I think at least. It has been stuck like this for good half an hour. I would appreciate any help regarding to this. I've also used the hextech repair tool which couldn't do it's job since it requires lol.launcher.exe file, which I cannot find and I think that's an old file for the old LoL launcher, if I'm not mistaken.
