Gameplay Bug: Brand shows mark for Jhin's W passive root all game

Basically what happens during the any game including brand when I've played Jhin using the high noon skin is that multiple times I've seen Brand with the mark for the W root, even if he hasn't been touched by anyone on my team. The only things I know of that I do to make the bug happen is play Jhin into a brand on the opposing team while I'm using the high noon skin and they're using the base skin.
