When I disconnect my abilities are locked

I experience a bug that locks my abilities when i disconnect (only abilities that buffs my next auto attack works), even recall doesn't work. Game just disconnects me for 3-4 seconds (my internet isn't the problem) and reconnects me with locked abilities. I need to close and reconnect to use my abilities again or get killed by something. I have lost 3 games due to this bug, and it started to appear more often.
