[GAMEPLAY] (Taliyah) Threaded Volley bug

Taliyah's first 4 or less rocks that are hurled from her Threaded Volley, will not remove Miss Fortune Strut's bonus movement speed passive. This happens even after you buy Rylai's Crystal Scepter. Although if all of the rocks hit Miss Fortune, the passive will be removed.

How to reproduce:

1. Have a Miss Fortune fully charge her Strut passive
2. Have Taliyah hit Miss Fortune with 4 or less rocks from her Threaded Volley as she walks around
3. Watch how it is not working properly
4. After that, make Taliyah hit Miss fortune with every rock as she walks around
5. Watch how that works properly

I hope this will be fixed soon. Additional information: I noticed this on the Howling Abyss, I don't know if it's map specific.
