Que Bug

So i've been having this issue since the last update atleast twice a day, were ill enter a champion selection and then someones time will run to 0, and im then kicked and placed on que-dodger timeout when i wasnt even picking. Can you please explain this and tell me how to fix it? I've had it happen now 7 times. All i do is enter que its just random after that. Anyone else get this issue?
