Viktor afk plz fix riot

So I don't know if this has been brought to light yet but it has happened to me twice now I just thought it's ridiculous. If a Viktor joins the game and goes afk there is no option to remake because riot's algorithm sees an item (the one from Viktor's passive) as participation. Therefore trolls can just lock in Viktor and afk and ruin a game. Plz fix this, I'm sure it would be easy as hell.
