[GAMEPLAY] Cassiopeia - Flashing makes Petrifying Gaze (Ultimate) fire North

After using Flash on Cassiopeia I immediately used Petrifying Gaze towards my enemies general direction. What ended up happening was my Ultimate fired North instead of the target direction.

2. Use Petrifying Gaze (Ultimate) West, South or East.

Bug occurred in two different games. Bug occurred twice during the same game. Do not have additional Skins on Cassiopeia. Only tested on Summoners Rift. Items do not affect this bug. Summoner spell Flash can be on either D or F.
