Can't pick nor create a custom rune page

As title says, I cant pick nor choose my custom rune pages, only default. If i try to create a new one it shows me which rune path do i want to pick, and when I choose, it just throws me back on rune page selection, as shown in the link. I already posted about this issue, and some1 told me to run a repair, and it didn't helped me. I tried to reinstall, but same thing. This is happening since the start of this seson, and since yesterday it's only worse. I needed to relaunch the client 5 times at one point. Can you finally fix this please? Thank you.
