Hotkey Bug

Generally I notice this happens if I Alt+Tab in loading screen. Once I get in the game my hotkeys for abilities+Items+backing don't work, basically anything that uses a hotkey chat seems to be the exception for this. The only way I have found to 100% fix this bug is to dc and relog the entire client. There are many posts on the forums about this and it seems to be a continuous problem people have been having for a long time. It would be great if it could be fixed since it drastically wastes time if I don't notice it right away.
