[MAC] defeat screen death.

Hi, After defeat screen showed up i was actually attacked and killed by enemy rek'sai . I know it shouldnt be relevant but i have no idea what other moments of game it can affect. What happened was, that i've used ultimate on enemy irelia, then i could have (i'm not sure) q'ed rek'sai and pressed zhonya when i've had about 100 hp. Then the defeat screen showed up and after 1 second enemy rer'sai started atacking me and killed me. In enemy team there was bard, everything happened so fast that i didnt notice, but bard could have ulted rek'sai.

1. I have no idea how to reproduce it, i've never tried.
2. I have no idea what exactly happened because i was covered by the defeat screen.
3. I died when i should be invulnerable.
