Lost my birthday present... My Firecracker Jinx skin.

Haven't played LoL since 2018, decide to hop on today with friends and i decide to check my collections during cue.

A while ago, a friend of mine bought me some RP for my birthday, specifically to pick up Firecracker Jinx. It's my favorite skin honestly. Lo-and-behold, all my other skins are present, except my firecracker jinx. The only skin i cared about besides my Red Riding Hood Annie & Nurse Akali.

Oh wait, the plot thickens. I go to check my purchase history, for the exception of Dr. Mundo, Of whom i purchased today, the entirety of my purchase history was blank, wiped clean.

i submitted a ticket with riot support, but something tells me i won't get my firecracker jinx back.

If that's the case I'm never buying anything from the riot store ever again, if we pay money for skins whats the point if they get taken away from us like a thief in the night? No point in giving our money to support Riot at all if that's the case.

Heck, for that matter i won't even bother playing the game anymore... not like i played it much anyway.

EDIT (October 1st 2019): i stand corrected, i was talking about it with my friend and i did not actually redeem the RP, he actually redeemed the RP card on his account after paying cash for it at a retail store (Don't remember if it was GameStop or Wal Mart, honestly.) After he redeemed his RP he picked up Firecracker Jinx and gifted the skin to my account through the client.
