Can't Switch Chroma Pack

Uhm, I have the bard chroma and its stuck on the green one, and I can't seem to access it through champ select on Ascension. At first I thought it was just the game mode, but then I went to make a custom to check if it will switch on a normal pick but it still didn't ;=;
