Lee sin kicks through kalista

I just experienced a game where i playing lee sin kicked a nautalis into a kalista as she used her passive and she took no Damage and was not knocked up. i dont know if i just didnt see correctly or if i am just bad and missed or if its a bug but if it is could something be done about it?
