[Items] Different skins for Greater Vision Totem and Stealth Ward, A Skin not bought

I only have the Golden Rammus Ward Skin, and for several games now, when I buy the Greater Vision Totem, and place it down, I seem to have the Mecha Ward Skin for it. And worse yet, or better yet depending on who you ask, when placing down a regular ward, I still get the Golden Rammus Ward Skin.

How to Reproduce it:

1. Reach level 9 and buy Greater Vision Totem.
2. Buy regular Ward.
3. Have a Ward Skin other than Mecha Ward, but only tested with Golden Rammus.
4. Place Totem and Ward, no order necesary.
