Client wouldn't open, just kept going to NR

My leauge client failed to open multiple times while trying to load a ranked game, i cleared all processes and even logged out, allowed admin perms nothing seemed to stop it crashing instantly causing me to lose 17 lp for actually nothing, slightly annoyed.
