10/07/2015 I was purchasing items within the store and as I purchased a skin at 7:39PM, I did not lost RP for the purchase, I simply wish for this bug to come to light of the Riot Team, for this happened once before to me a few years ago, and was banned. On my new account, it occurred again and I do not with to lose the the time and money I've spent on this account. As to how to reproduce the issue, I purchased a champion, in this case Fiora, and followed immediately by purchasing the PROJECT skin for her. The purchase did deduct from my total but I saw it quickly change back to the amount it was previously.
