[CLIENT] Masteries visual Bug New client beta

So i dont know what causes this but i guess it is due to my pc lagging a bit. It happened some times now. And i need to restart the client for it to unglitch. I can still pick masteries but it wount show new pages added or what i chose other then in the Hoover description on masteries.
