[GAMEPLAY] Fiddlesticks not auto-attacking after abilities (auto-attack option is checked)

I haven't fully buffed this out yet, but there's an issue where Fiddlesticks doesn't auto-attack after using abilities.

I have noticed this occur several times (usually attacking jungle camps). On 3/22/17, I had a game where I was trying to attack the Krugs. I threw my E and then W on the large one and cast smite on it while draining. After Fiddlesticks killed the large Krug, I was looking at stats for a couple seconds while the little Krugs popped out, and then noticed that Fiddlesticks wasn't attacking anything.
