Beta Client popup

So ever since i switched to the new beta client i have issues with the window poping up (from the background) when its time to accept the queue/pick bans and champions. This is very annoying as i tend to browse while waiting in queue and 50%+ of the time the only indication i get that its my turn is when the timer starts counting down from 10. Is there a fix for this/will there be one soon?
