TFT Characters getting randomly stunned

i cant give much to the bug since i got no clue how or why it happens. Characters are randomly getting stunned by nonexisting skills or effects or what not. Example, 1 vayne with a rageblade vs 1kha with a bloodthirster After the kha jumps to vayne, she is frozen in time, and cannot autoattack or move, stunned forever same with a rengar. He jumps onto a lucian, lucian items being sword of divine and rengars a BF sword. Lucian is stunned for the rest of the game and cannot move, or autoattack the rengar right next to him, or do anything for the rest of the round
