Hunter machete bug (item bug)

I was playing zed top lane, when I purchased a brutalizer and accidentally did the upgrade enchantment for hunters machete and the bruitalizer disappeared, I couldn't refund/redo and the gold that it costed to build it still went though. So I was missing a buitalizer and 1890 gold in game.

Sold a pair of boots that had homeguard enchancement, and bought a normal pair of boots to build into a different set of tier 2 boots. I kept the homeguard enchanement with the n ormal boots?
