When chain hits sivir and sivir uses spellshield (which should protect from dmg and snare) doesn't actually work in this way. I'm almost sure that any kind of spellshield doesn't work with lb how it should.
Spell shields ignore way too many things :/

Chum The Waters (this is the most BS thing in the game btw, it drops the shark, but it won't stop the slow from re-applying every .25 seconds, so you're basically screwed on larger sharks anyway, and the slow will pop it, so shark still hurts, unless you time it absolutely perfectly)

If it connects to sivir before the shield is up it will probly fade before the second parts hits. Sivir's shield does not cancel dots or things that have landed but not activated before the shield is over.
