Game Crashing in Loading Screen

(Sorry if I repeat or ramble I am not sure what to say I just really want to get this fixed)

Just recently my game started crashing randomly in loading screen.

I can go through champion select just fine and the problem begins when the load screen starts.

I load in one summoner spell at a time, then summoner icon, then the champion name, then champion splash art.

In a normal game without crashes I load in almost instantly and now when I load the the percent goes in a pattern every time. 1% - 3% - 4% - 6% - 7% - 9% - 10% - 12% - 13% - 15% and so on in this order.

I see myself as loading in but my duo partner says I am not even connected at all.

When the game finally crashes it says "You have been disconnected. Check your internet connection." But my internet is just fine it is only on league.

I have unplayed matches on my history and leavebuster now because of this. pls help. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and repaired multiple times.

Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate AMD Radeon R9 200 Series iBuyPower Pro Keyboard and Mouse AMD 6300 Six Core Processor 30 inch LCD TV Monitor (I think this is all you need)
