when I'm trying to buy something it says that I don't have enough ip to buy it and I do have enough Ip but when I log out and back on league I don't have enough ip for some reason

THIS NEEDS FIXED I have the same problem, it is trash, last night, I was about to log off and noticed I had 4,000 Ip, so I knew i only needed a little more to get a 4800 champ, I logged on today and have 3800, What is the deal...
