League won't open after champ select!!!!????

After about a week or so I wanted to get back to playing some games only to find that when I queue up for a game everything is fine until after champ select. It doesn;t launch me into the game. All I get is the secondary half blank client saying "reconnect" while the game is apparently happening in the background. I know this because I will leave it open and come back to the after game screen where im flagged for leaver when I didn't even load in. I don;t get any sound or anything either it's just like the game never opens to my screen. I have tried uninstalling, running the hextech tool, and nothing seems to work. I have no idea how to fix this and could really use an explanation as to what the hell is going on. I was playing fine like just a week and a half ago but now it won't let me play at all.
