Today, twice in a row, your client crashed or freezes in the middle of champ select causing me to force log off the client in a rank game which makes me lose lp AND a time ban off from queuing games. One time okay, 2 time ??? 10 lp ?? 30 mins? when its not even my fault ??
here is The SCREEHSHOT of my 10 LP LOST AND 30 min BAN. Screenshot link : http://i64.tinypic.com/a5f4hd.png PLEASE JUST PLEASE FIX YOUR BUGS. TIRED OF THIS.

when your in bronze and team up with a bunch of trolls AND lose because of them that is what pisses me off the most. MY MMR is not even good BUT i got more win then lost. i get only 18 lp per win and 25 lp per lost. where is the logic in this?
