Direct X problems and can't connect.

Hey, so riddle me this, whenever I finally get into a game (after banning, i'm talking the load screen) it kicks me out of the game and it says it might have been a Direct X problem. I thought "OK" and checked updates, read how to fix it (through this page actually), when i went to my run and typed in "dxdiag" and checked my Direct X most recent update, it showed 11 which is what I needed. Now to add to all of this, the first couple of times I had wondered if it was you guys with the big server move. So after trying it about 3 games-ish? I received one of those LeaverBuster Bans and now I have to wait like 10 min before each game for 5 games. Please help.
