patch 5.9, Ashe Q doesnt apply crit.
Her Q doesnt crit, so all in all, Q is just increasing her attack speed, since the normal AA crits. or is the Q not supposed to crit? :O

No crits at all on Ashe.
If you Q at max stacks you basically have a charged basic attack that does extra damage, which gets further increased when continuously hitting the target because they're slowed. Other than that It's just increased attack speed and a stronger slow.
