GLITCH!

Hi! So I got into lol last year and last nov I played my placements and got 1 win 10 loses. Bad, I know. But, this season I was prepared and I went into to my s6 placements ready to hit silver at least. I won 6 out of 10 games, and played very well in 8 of them. I also hard carried 2 and after watching streams started building defense if i was behind and greatly improved win ratio. Yet, today I played my last placement match, and carried my team with a kda of 15-5-9, Soloed baron, dragon 3 times, counter jungled, and had 6 sucessful ganks. ( it was Jax BTW so it was super easy) But anyway at the end of my match I was put into bronze 5. I am very upset because I played very poorly last season and was placed in bronze 1. Is there anything I can do to replay my placements?
