[CLIENT]: Alt-tab and the re-focus with graphical bugs

OS: Windows 7. Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

The client loads up graphics as fully filled black rectangles/squares after Alt-tabbing sometimes, which spin or move (or don't) as the actual graphics would have done.

The process causing this is LeagueClientUxRender.exe (for me 32 bit) and ending process on it causes it to re-start mid picking, and this usually does fix the problems.

@Mister swift: the bug is in the exe process in the code somewhere obviously not on my side it's a riot game I don't write the code for this.
