Pressing space while dead and having the camera lock function disabled sometimes causes the camera to indefinitely lock onto my dead champion regardless of where I click on the rift/mini-map or place my mouse (where moving the mouse to the screens edge would usually move the camera). This usually happens several times in a game and has been going on for a while.
This is the game's way of saying: "Look what you done to me!".
What i do is hold left click on the minimap and move my mouse in circles (while still on the minimap). it usually works
It's a very annoying problem, also happens if you spam targeted abilities with a cast animation. Like 
Q. The only fix is to either reconnect or rebind the focus camera on champion and toggle screen lock keys. Then using them both then rebinding it back to the original keys. Clicking on the minimap while also clicking on the camera unlock key also causes the "locked" problem.

Hit f1, f2, f3, f4, f5 One of them will take you to another champion and break the lock
You can also just hold click on your minimap and it'll fix it.
