Swain's Ultimate Taunts Bugged

I noticed while playing Swain that I could no longer activate the special taunts while in his ultimate! I hope this is just a bug. I tried it in a custom and could not get the taunt to go. Edit: I guess I should mention that by taunts I mean jokes too!
