game crashing

this has happened twice in three days and caused me to get an afk timer. The game starts and launches and as soon as it goes into full screen it completely dies. it only leaves the client open with responding to game. upon restart it does not change. the only way to fix this is to completely restart my computer. can someone please tell me how to fix

That almost guarantees it is an issue with your GPU or windows 10, if you are using it (which has some serious issues with fullscreen).

Post full system specs and any other relevant information, and try the game in borderless meanwhile, in PT.
