[Champion Bug] Varus Q stops working after team fight death

Ok so this is a bigger problem for ap varus than ad varus but still its really bad. If you try to double click/spam the Q during a teamfight and you die as/before the animation starts for the rest of the game the Q will not activate or even register as being pressed until you restart the game; also when this happens, any summoner spells that have been used prior to this bug will also be unactivateable. I dont know how common this is but its game breaking for AP varus bc it literally destroys your damage output if you cant proc blight. and sometimes the E spell will not fire after you aim it and click (but that is probably just my really bad computer, the first bug happens on this computer as well as my old gaming laptop)
