Client Duplication

I have 3 versions of the client on my computer running even though I don't even have league open. One of them says "User Kernel" when hovered over, one says "LolLauncher" and the last says "LolPatcherUx". I think this is causing me the lag I've been having. Should I uninstall then reinstall? What can I do to avoid this in the future?

UPDATE: I've uninstalled and reinstalled, the problem still persists.
