Losing a Series Because League Client Is Messed Up

My friend has had issues with his client not working when we are in queue or in lobbies themselves. His league will crash and drop him out of the game in lobby costing him many ranked losses. Recently this happened and he was in his series and it automatically ended it. I don't find this to be far and clearly the client needs to worked on to not have such thing happen.
