Tryndamere Ultimate

Just played a game as trynd vs a warwick and malzahar. In several fights against both of them I died under the effect of my ult, it was after the delay and it went on cooldown but i died as normal. Please, this was extremely frustrating and cost my team the game. Not sure if you can see the last game but it was the game i just played as I'm posting this.
