Visual Glitch (skill up icon won't disappear)

I was practicing on a custom match (Summoner's Rift) as Viktor. I leveled up my E first thing, my game stuttered for a split second, then resumed as normal except for the level up icon over my Q did not disappear. After I hit level 2, I leveled up my Q, and the level up icon over Q persisted. This isn't seriously affecting my game, but I figured it's something you (Riot) would want to be aware of.
