The 7.9 update and its fps issues on the mac.

its been doing this in the new update came around where the fps wont go over 60fps ethier in low spec mode or even high spec mode. pre update the average fps for me was around 120 now it wont even go over 60 and it even drops to 30 in team fights please fix this for the mac users fast.
