Cannot Create Game because you are already in game

I was just looking around in the PBE store i couldn't buy anything so i wanted to mess around with some new skins in a custom match... it wouldn't even let me create the lobby.. "huh weird" i think so i go for a tft match, i accept and the client goes blank. Just the background. I re-open the client... AND NOW I'M IN A FREAKING 12HR QUEUE![sg-ahri-1]
