[PBE] You already have a PBE account. You can only have 1 PBE account.

So supposedly I have a PBE account linked to my main account, but when I try to login, It says wrong username or password. So i got for a password recovery via username/email and nothing, no email has been sent through. I then tried to submit a ticket to see maybe I can seek out any support. I've gotten some instructions and I followed them directly with the whole whitelisting Riot so I can receive emails, but still nothing has came in. It's been about 2 days and I'm still not able to login of retrieve a password recovery email. Anybody has any insight on this that might help me? Is it bugged?

I am also having this problem as it says I have already created my pbe account, but never touched the pbe setup before

I can't change my PBE account name, so i can claim it on my main account.
