black patcher screen

so this is my first time writing a post but i decided to post one of the ways to fix the black patcher screen. it happend to me even tho i dont have avg and even after i turned off the firewall it didnt work. but on another post he said to do this "click windows + R type in inetcpl.cpl click ok go to connection Lan- settings remove the "hook" (sry im german i try my best) on "use proxyserver for lan" and get a hook on "detect settings automatically it helped me so just thought it might be helpful to post this :)
