Leavebuster for a Clientproblem?!

This can not be true. I do not have problems with other games, like not at all, even newer games. But every once in a while this Client just hangs up on me while i try to connect to the game...after some time I have to force shut it, restart it, not 5 minutes later the game is canceled and I get a Leavebuster. This is by far not my fault, i have a stable connection but I get punished for something I can not control.

I am using Windows 10, maybe this is a clue to anyone? Right after the Champion selection the window pups up for loading, most portraits and names do not load and it gets stuck. Not even 1% is loading on my side. Sometimes not even one portait is loading. I am seriously at a loss with this one...not every game crashes on my side either. sometimes it connects, sometimes it doesn't. it is so unreliable i don't want to bother others and not even queue aram. a real hassle at this point. i don't want to play with bots all my life.

my graphic card is a gtx 660 ti
