Logging onto chat service STUCK! T_T

So... I logged on into my smurf account then it said "Logging onto chat service" then I waited for 10 mins. After 10 mins I decided to re-login, but same thing happened it still said the same thing. I decided to play Ai's just to check if my client is lagging or not, but then I joined a game even in the lobby it still said it! Here are some screenshots :)
